Classes and teachers may change or be cancelled without prior notice.
Mudita Yoga Studio will not provide refunds or compensation for classes that start late or are cancelled.
The studio door will be locked two minutes before class begins, and latecomers will not be allowed entry.
Mudita Yoga Studio is not responsible for the security of personal belongings.
Class cancellations are permitted without penalty up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to cancel, not showing up, or absence will lead to the loss of that session for pass holders or drop-ins. Members will incur a $15 fee for no-shows.
Prices are subject to change periodically to accommodate rising costs.
Introductory Offers are exclusively available to first-time clients of Mudita Yoga Studio and can be redeemed only once.
We highly recommend making reservations online to avoid any disappointment. If a class is fully booked, we encourage you to sign up for the waiting list.
All 10 class passes expire 3 months from your first class booked.
All 20 class passes expire 6 months from your first class booked.
All 40 class passes expire 1 year from your first class booked.
All monthly passes are valid 30 days from your first class booked.
Mudita Yoga Studio's policy states that it does not provide refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions for services or products due to change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All sales are considered final.
The class passes and memberships exclude workshops and special events.
Payment needs to be made upon booking.
I recognize that classes at Mudita Yoga Studio may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge of the potential risks, including personal injury, property damage, or death..
By enrolling in a class, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above.
DIRECT DEBIT MEMBERSHIPS
Direct Debit Membership contracts require a minimum of six payments. The account will be charged every four weeks.
If you wish to cancel prior to the minimum 6 debits, request must be made in writing to muditayogastudio@gmail.com and a cancelation and administration fee will be levied. Mudita Yoga reserves the right to process the cancelation fee and any debts outstanding
Membership fees are paid in advance.
To suspend a Direct Debit Membership, we require a written request sent to muditayogastudio@gmail.com with a two-week notice before your next billing date. Suspensions can be made in one-week increments.
Membership suspension is permissible for a duration of up to two weeks within each six-month debit cycle.
Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing to accounts@muditayogastudio.com. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.
The class passes and memberships exclude attendance at guest teachers’ classes and workshops.
Passes and memberships cannot be shared.
You are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available for the auto-debit. If a payment is declined for any reason, Mudita Yoga reserves the right to process payment at any time to settle any outstanding debt. Should an auto-debit fail due to insufficient funds, the transaction will not succeed, necessitating extra administrative effort and incurring additional bank charges.
Mudita Yoga is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalised, this includes all late cancellation and no show fees incurred.
We reserve the right to cancel memberships.

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.
Class cancellations can be made via the Momence App or at www.muditayogastudio.com
Class cancellations can be made up to 3 hours prior to your class start time without penalty.
Students on unlimited passes who pre-book a class and fail to attend will incur a $15.00 no show fee.
Students on unlimited passes who pre-book a class but cancel the booking less than 3 hours prior to the class start time will incur a $15.00 late cancel fee.
Students using a Drop-In, 5, 10 and 20 Class Pass who pre-book a class but fail to attend will forfeit their class.

Cancellations will not be accepted on social media, via text or email.
Right of Admission reserved:
Non-disclosure or misinformation on the registration/new student form.
Failure or refusal to disclose required and important information on the enrollment form.
Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Failure to properly follow the guidance and instruction of the teacher, thereby posing a risk to oneself and other students.
Creating undue disruption or disturbance during class.
Conduct that is contrary to the studio environment.
Unsatisfactory personal hygiene standards.
Non-payment.
Aggressive or abusive behavior.
Damage to studio or studio property.
Failure to respect studio etiquette.
