YIN YOGA TRAINING INFORMATION EVENING

FRIDAY 28 AUGUST

6.30PM

If you’ve been curious about Yin Yoga, or wondering whether our upcoming 25‑hour Yin Yoga Training might be the next step in your practice, we’d love to welcome you to a gentle and informative evening at the studio. This session is designed to give you a clear, heartfelt sense of what the training involves — the philosophy, the anatomy, the meridian theory, the teaching methodology, and the deeper intention behind Yin as a practice of stillness, presence and inner listening. The 25‑hour training is not only for yoga teachers. It’s also for dedicated students who feel drawn to understand Yin more deeply — why it matters, how it supports the nervous system, and why this slow, grounding practice is so important in the pace of modern life.

If you’ve been wanting to explore Yin beyond weekly classes, this evening will help you see what’s possible.

You’ll meet Gina, learn about the structure of the course, ask questions, and feel into whether this training aligns with your path. It’s a relaxed, open space with no pressure — simply an opportunity to explore, connect and receive clarity.

If Yin has been calling you, this evening may offer the insight you’ve been seeking.

21 DAY SPRING AWAKENING CHALLENGE

31 AUGUST - 21 SEPTEMBER

The Spring Awakening Yoga & Meditation Challenge
31 August - 21 September

🧘‍♀️ How It Works

Join us in-studio and choose any 6 classes per week — flow, yin, meditation, or a mix that supports your energy. You’re welcome to double up on the practices & days that nourish you most.

Across these 21 days, you’ll explore:

  • Uplifting, expansive spring flows

  • Yin shapes that support the Liver & Gallbladder meridians

  • Breath-led awareness and mindful strength

  • Practices that clear stagnation and invite fresh energy

  • Grounding meditation to steady the mind as you grow

There is something for every phase of your week — from slow, spacious yin to spirited flow and quiet morning practice.

🌿 Why Commit to 21 Days in Spring?

  • Awaken strength, clarity, and upward-moving energy

  • Support the Liver system (Wood element) as the season shifts

  • Release winter stagnation and reconnect with your body

  • Build discipline with softness

  • Establish a steady rhythm as you move into the brighter months

  • Be held by a warm, like‑hearted community — we rise together

  • Experience renewal, insight, and a deeper connection to self

A studio‑wide ritual to emerge, awaken, and rise with the season.

As winter’s heaviness lifts and the first light of spring begins to stir, we invite you into a 21‑day journey of movement, breath, and renewal. In Chinese Medicine, spring is the season of Wood — growth, vision, expansion, and the gentle unfurling of new energy. It’s the time when the body wants to stretch, the mind wants to clear, and the spirit begins to look forward again.

This challenge is your invitation to awaken with the season — to move out of hibernation, reconnect with your practice, and step into spring feeling steady, strong, and open.

Spring Equinox Restorative Yoga & Sound Immersion

20 SEPTEMBER - Sunday, 4pm–6pm

As we approach the Spring Equinox, we arrive at one of the most profound pauses in the year — a moment where day and night stand in perfect balance, where the earth softens out of winter and begins its slow, steady turn toward the light. It’s a threshold that invites reflection, renewal, and a gentle awakening of our inner world.

To honour this beautiful seasonal shift, we’d love to welcome you to our 2‑hour YIN YOGA & SOUND IMMERSION.

This practice is shaped around the symbolism of the Equinox itself — each element woven intentionally into the way we rest, breathe, and open.

🌿 Balance & Harmony

The Equinox reminds us of the rare moment when light and dark meet in perfect equilibrium. Our restorative practice mirrors this by guiding the body into deep steadiness — long-held shapes that soothe the nervous system, soften tension, and create a sense of internal harmony. As the world shifts toward expansion, we begin from a place of balance.

🌱 Awakening

Spring is the season of stirring — the earth warms, energy rises, and life begins to bloom again. Through gentle heart‑opening poses, we’ll release the inward, protective energy of winter and invite a subtle internal awakening. This is not a forceful rise, but a soft unfurling — a readiness to open toward what’s next.

🌼 Renewal & Fresh Starts

The Equinox marks a natural moment to clear stagnation and step into new intentions. As the body rests deeply, the mind becomes spacious enough to listen. We’ll offer time for quiet reflection, allowing you to sense what feels ready to be renewed, refreshed, or reimagined as you move into the brighter months ahead.

🌞 Growth & Expansion

Spring invites us to stretch, open, and move outward. While restorative practice is gentle, it creates the internal conditions for expansion — releasing what feels heavy so that new energy can rise. The accompanying sound journey will support this outward movement, helping you feel spacious, uplifted, and receptive.

Clarity

As the light increases, so does our capacity to see what matters. Restorative yoga clears the mental fog that accumulates through winter, offering a sense of clarity and inner brightness. This immersion is a chance to reconnect with your own direction, values, and intentions as the season shifts.

This evening is designed to be deeply nourishing — a way to pause, breathe, and realign with the natural rhythm of the season. If you feel called to join us, we’d love to share this beautiful experience with you.
